On Fidel Castro

Fidel Castro has died, after decades as the actual and symbolic head of the Cuban revolutionary movement and government. Like most famous leaders, though perhaps to a greater degree, his legacy is fiercely contested, and the reactions to his death range from extreme jubilation to extreme sorrow.
