Tensions Rising in Bosnia

Bosnia, a country still mainly known for its bloody wars in the 1990s, has been in a state of purposeful political freeze pretty much since then, with a system meant to technically keep the country together but devolve much of its political party among the once-fighting groups. Continuing the trend of disruptive referenda this year, a vote by the Serbian population in late September perhaps threatens to turn the heat up on the still existing divisions, read more here.
