What to do about refugee camps?

Pretty much the only thing everyone can agree on is that the current system of massive refugee camps – where the average numbers of years a refugee lives for over 15 years – needs to be fixed. What no one can agree on, of course, is what should be done instead. As the number of refugees around the world hit record highs, the question becomes more and more urgent. It may come to a head in Kenya, where the government has recently declared that they will soon be closing the world’s largest refugee camp, one that houses 600,000 people.
