Is Autism always a disorder?

Interesting argument for how autism can in some cases enhance someone’s ability to contribute meaningfully to society, rather than be a detriment. The first name on the list of famous people who likely had some form of autism is Albert Einstein, whose differences in thinking and ability were an asset, not a liability. Should we work towards a neurodivergent society rather than a conformist one?
